Product Returns

If for any reason you're dissatisfied with your Boobzie girl, returns are welcome within 30 days of the original purchase date. No questions asked. Simply package-up your girls --- nicely --- with either your receipt or packing slip -- SOMETHING THAT INCLUDES YOUR ORDER NUMBER -- and send the package to:

Providing the girl(s) arrive in tip-top condition, refunds will be processed upon receipt, minus the original shipping cost to the credit card on file. Please bear in mind Team Boobzie is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, so please consider that when choosing your shipping options. I received the wrong order or my Boobzie girl is damaged or defective, what are my next steps?

Oh, no! The wrong girl? A less than perfect girl? This IS an emergency of the highest magnitude! Whether you received the wrong order, or a defective or damaged item, Team Boobzie is here to help! Simply Get In Touch.  We'll work to ensure the situation is resolved, quickly. Please be aware if issues arise over a weekend or holiday, we'll be sure to respond the following business day.
